Sam Frommelt, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert VRS
Sam is the managing partner of Quincy Physical Therapy. Sam attended Northeastern University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Sam’s clinical experience is very well-rounded including experience in acute care and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Sam’s experience in these settings has allowed him to gain valuable insight into treating a variety of ages and diagnosis. Sam has particular clinical interests in treating musculoskeletal, neurologic, and vestibular conditions. Sam holds multiple advanced certifications including vestibular rehabilitation specialist, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and blood flow restriction therapy. He also has specialized training in spinal manipulation and strength training. Sam is a firm believer in being on the leading edge of evidence-based practice and holds lifelong learning in high regard. In Sam’s free time, he enjoys strength training, watching sports, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family.
Quincy Physical Therapy specializes in the treatment of back pain, neck pain, dizziness, chronic pain, orthopedic injury, sports medicine and treatment of on-the-jop injuries related to workers compensation and the special requirements for speeding return to activity.
Matthew Page PT, DPT
Matt is a staff Physical Therapist at Quincy Physical Therapy originally from Beverly MA. Matt attended Northeastern University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. Matt has a diverse clinical background ranging from inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient-based orthopedic cases. Matt’s clinical interests include treating orthopedic, muscular, and neurological conditions. Matt believes that understanding and staying up to date on evidence-based practice is the best way to gain the knowledge necessary to treat effectively. He has recently attended courses to obtain his dry needling certification as well as advance his clinical skills in shoulder and back conditions. He recently took a course to become a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist which gives him the skills to excel at treating vertigo and post concussion patients. Matt is a strong believer in improving activity levels and using progressive strengthening as a treatment method to help patients restore function in their lives.
Matt enjoys exercising, going to sporting events, traveling, and going to the beach in his spare time. Matt also enjoys time with his family and friends during his free time.

Quincy Spine Center provides second opinions for back surgery, neck surgery and other spine problems. The spine center receives back pain and neck pain patients that are referred by other physicians in cities across the Boston area and South Shore, including the cities of: Braintree, Dedham, Foxborough, Brockton, Plymouth and Wareham. Dr. Richard Mazzaferro
Board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Dr. Richard Mazzaferro is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with more than 10 years experience in spine. Dr. Mazzaferro is proficient in the use of lumbar and cervical interventional pain procedures. In 2002, he finished his residency training at the Harvard Medical School’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is the founder of Quincy Spine Center.
